Deck is trimmed to the veneer to match the historical facts. Design of peripheral boards called « Waterway ». Laying of individual boards. Marked pins by which were nailed to the deck-beams – beams holding the deck so called « Treenline ». All this accords with practices at a given time during the construction of the ship. Veneer deck precisely fits on a plastic board this model. There are cut out all the openings in the deck, as on the plastic part.
