Winston-Salem based Piedmont Airlines acquired Boeing 727-200 aircraft in the early 1980s. The stretched Tri-Jet would expand Piedmont service into the American West, including Los Angeles, San Diego and San Francisco. All aircraft were second-hand frames, including a large batch from PSA. This decal provides the markings for Piedmonts 727-200 Pacemakers.
