Starting in 1961,Panair do Brasil operated three DC-8-33s on routes to Europe. This ended when the Brazilian military government shut down the airline in 1965. Our decal includes markings for all four Panair do Brasil DC-8s, as one of these was lost in an accident in 1962 and replaced by a DC-8 leased from Pan Am. Please note there were variations in this scheme in the short period of time it existed.
