For a little over two years from 1995 to 1998, Atlantic Southeast Airlines (ASA) operated six British Aerospace 146 jets as part of the Delta Connection operation. The 88-seat aircraft were hotly contested by the Delta mainline pilot group, but in the end, their reliability sealed their fate.
